North Hertfordshire Crematorium

This was the 7th new crematorium we constructed for a private client. The project entailed the design and build of a new crematorium which included a 104-seat chapel, waiting area, plant room, office areas and external covered areas. This included the design and installation of a heat recovery system to enable the building to utilise the excess heat from the cremators. The external works included the addition of a new turning lane on the A600 road, bringing mains services 0.5 miles alongside a private road and 2 ponds.
