New Projects

We have started work today on two new sites for Suffolk County Council.

In Bury St Edmunds, we are refurbishing an existing building on Hollow Road to allow the archaeology department to move in.

The project involves the alteration of four existing rooms, forming offices, stores and a meeting room for the archaeology team. Adaptations to heating and electrics including new lighting, fire alarm and ventilation will also be undertaken, a new cycle rack will also be installed.

In Walsham le Willows Primary School we have started the construction of a single storey extension to the existing hall block to provide additional room for the school.

The works are also to include for the replacement and upgrading of various external doors, windows and screens as denoted with new products. The replacement doors and windows will improve the overall energy performance of the building.

The additional space being provided as part of the project works will provide the school with a much needed room for ‘one on one’ focused teaching and also nurture
