In 2003 we completed the new health centre at Stowmarket, our largest single commercial project to date at £2.65M.
Our experience in the health sector includes recent refurbishment contracts at Heath Road Hospital, Ipswich and The West Suffolk Hospital at Bury St Edmunds. A twelve bedroom, two storey extension to a nursing home along with the refurbishment/upgrading of other areas was completed in 2010.
Many other extensions, refurbishments and maintenance jobs have been undertaken on behalf of our health industry clients.
School extensions and refurbishments have featured heavily in our history, on behalf of the County Council and private schools. This includes small maintenance jobs and large extensions.
We have been awarded contracts for building and refurbishments of sports halls, police stations, H.M. courts, factories, veterinary laboratories, shops, village halls, churches, public buildings etc.
We have also worked on a number of listed buildings, including building a new indoor swimming pool and repairs to an ancient monument, the Treadwheel Crane at Harwich. Recently we repaired the glass roof dome and lead roof at Ipswich Town Hall.
