Plot 1, The Drift

This architect designed house is sited on a former orchard near Needham Market. The brief was to design a modern, high performance, family home with an open plan ‘feel’ on the ground floor.

The house is heated by an air source heat pump, has a heat recovery system and uses rainwater from a harvesting tank under the rear lawn. The lounge and master bedroom have vaulted ceilings and are lit by LED downlights.
