This modern open plan, three bedroom country residence, set in a small secluded Suffolk village was completed in February 2017.
The architect, Richard Shiel, designed the zinc covered curved roof that is a striking feature of the property.
Glulam timber beams form the roof curve, supported by a steel frame and timber framed walls.
External cladding comprises Velfac aluminium/wood windows and doors, self coloured render and cedar boarding.
Internal features include a handmade kitchen and bookcases, concrete stairs with glass balustrading and engineered oak flooring.
Heating is via an air source heat pump. A new sewage treatment plant, patio paving and gravel driveway were installed.
